A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE
CRIMSON BAY ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 23-02
WHEREAS, on November 18, 2024, the City Council held a Public Hearing and Ordered
the Improvements for the Crimson Bay Road Improvement Project No. 23-02; and
WHEREAS, the city’s design consultant has prepared plans and specifications for the
Project and have received approval from MnDOT of said plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Chanhassen City Council that The City
Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official city newspaper and on the city’s online
bidding platform (QuestCDN), an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement
under such approved plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Chanhassen City Council this 24th day of February
2025.
